I really enjoyed this short look into the background of a character that I thought was long gone. While the story does not tie directly into the rest of the Shannara line, it does help you to understand who the Weapon’s Master really is, and why he is willing to do some of the things that he does. Not all of them mind you, but some of them.
Great job Mr. Brooks. I would love to see more stories like this one on some of the other characters.
