We are completely starting over in our new place, and we are very excited to get started again. Today our first new animals arrived in the mail. We have discovered over the years that you get various reactions from postal clerks when you get chicks in the mail. Our past experiences have gone from angry, “Come get these stupid chicks they are driving us nuts.” to the slightly annoyed, “Your chicks are here come get them.” This post office was nicer about it. “Just wanted you to know, your chicks are here, you can come to get them when you’re ready.”
