We had a lot going on this weekend, but primarily we took care of our 25 cornish cross hens. As with just about everything we do, it was as an adventure.
Please don’t mistake this for an instructional, how-to video. We are learning just like the rest of you. However, we had done some research about how to do this humanely as possible, what we needed to do and how we needed to do it. But like everything else, no plan survives first contact with reality.
I don’t say that enough, but I could not have done this without the help of the kids. Everyone from the 9 yo on up helped, and I really appreciate it, they all did a great job.
